Ticor Title Company offers its Reverse Mortgage clients the ability to open both Title and Escrow simultaneously through our simple online order form. Once you open your first order the system will remember your profile and pre-populate your information.  All  subsequent orders will have your information saved and should only take seconds to open.

You will receive an immediate conformation that your order was open and Ticor will begin the process of fulfilling your request.

Once you have open orders in the system, Ticor Title’s ITrakker system will you allow you to review (print) all of your open Preliminary Title Reports, pull the legal description and track the status.

Enter your “title order #” or your “Online order ID” and click on “Lookup”.
